I. Summary in concerning rights and duties
The basic membership rights and duties as a VQF BOVV member arise from the following documents:
You can also find all these documents and further information, forms, checklists and instructions in the VQF BOVV member’s folder, which you will receive free of charge immediately on your admission as an BOVV member. This additional information is also available in the protected members’ area of this website (see "Members" heading). You will also receive the associated password free of charge on admission.
II. Rights
As a result of your VQF BOVV membership you are entitled to offer collective capital investment schemes to your customers on the basis of an asset management agreement (which is compiled in accordance with the BOVV rules of professional conduct for the practice of asset management).
Furthermore your membership entitles you to make use of numerous VQF services. All VQF services to our BOVV members have the following

Representation of your asset management interests towards the Swiss authorities (e.g. in the Swiss parliamentary legislation process, consultation with Swiss authorities, etc.).

III. Duties
As a result of your VQF BOVV membership, among other requirements you are obliged to comply with duties in accordance with the VQF BOVV rules and regulations (regulations, rules of conduct and audit concept).
