The Management Board ensures the effective strategic management of the VQF, sets the annual goals, controls the fulfilment of such goals and maintains contact with governmental agencies and the media. The Management Board has delegated a large share of day-to-day operational responsibilities to the Executive Director and other organisational units as provided for in the by-laws.
