The structure and accountability of VQF Audit AG are geared towards the greatest possible customer efficiency

The Board of Directors provides effective management of VQF Audit AG and monitors the appropriateness and effectiveness of quality assurance principles and procedures. The Board of Directors has delegated a large part of the operating responsibilities to the Deputy Director (the delegate).

The Deputy Director runs the business operations, bearing particular responsibility for managing the specialist aspects.

Administrative management and all organisational and financial issues are delegated to the Financial Services Standards Association (VQF) against payment of an appropriate fee.
