Organisation

I. The Association

The VQF, which was established in 1998, is organised as an association under private law and recorded in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zug. 
The Association’s official bodies consist of the General Meeting, the Management Board and the Auditor (currently: Bankrevisions- und Treuhand AG, Zurich).

 

II. Business Divisions

The Management Board has created two business divisions with further organisational units, to which specific responsibilities are assigned (Article 10 of the Association’s By-laws):

The Supervisory Division consists of the Supervisory Commission and the Audit Service. The Service Division comprises the Management, the Legal & Compliance Desk (including special department for combating financial crime) and the Administration.
