Newsletter 74 - Implementation of Revised FATF Recommendations Brought into Force - The Federal Council has taken the decision to bring into force the Federal Act of 3 October 2008 on the Implementation of the Revised Recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) of Money Laundering with effect from 1 February 2009.
