New VQF Website

After ten years, the VQF website has been redesigned. The purpose of this optimisation is to give the user a better overview of the VQF, our expertise and most important services, while providing quick, easy access to relevant information.

With the aim of providing our target audience, especially our members, with the most efficient tools possible, the VQF website was subjected to a functional and design review. In doing so, we were guided by the following objectives:

• The basic structure of the home page was expanded and organised in a more expressive, clearly arranged design.

• Operation is geared to providing an improved service and makes it easier for users to carry out their tasks.

• Searched information can be found faster (3-click principle, optimisation of the search function and FAQ).

• Direct electronic processing of the Self-Declaration.

• The VQF is perceived as a highly professional, transparent, service-oriented compliance organisation.

• Another new feature is access to the protected members’ area of our website. Your personal VQF membership number (5 digits) is new, as is your user name. You need this membership number, as your password, the first time you log in. After logging in to the protected members’ area for the first time, you can then set your own personal password. The "Forgot Password" option is available in case you should forget your password,
