The VQF AMLA advanced training courses are designed for professionals who already work in the field of anti-money laundering and wish to update their knowledge in a targeted manner.
The courses focus on current developments relating to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), due diligence obligations, regulatory requirements and practical issues relevant to financial intermediaries and advisors.
The seminars are updated regularly and reflect the latest regulatory developments and current practice. They help participants deepen their expertise and fulfill their education requirements.
Seminar content and structure
The AMLA advanced training course generally lasts half a day and is held either as a webinar or an in-person event, depending on the scheduled date.
The courses are offered in German and English. They cover current topics relating to anti-money laundering, financial market regulation and the practical implementation of due diligence obligations.
The VASP-focused advanced training covers current developments in financial market regulation and anti-money laundering, with a particular focus on Virtual Asset Service Providers.
It is considered as an advanced training that fulfills the advanced training requirements. VASP members may attend either the specific VASP-focused advanced training or the general AMLA advanced training.
